Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Gaming Underground, LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does Gaming Undeground, LLC  protect customer information?

We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Gaming Undeground, LLC  disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

Card Grading

Our grading definitions are as follows:

NM/M = Near Mint / Mint:  Cards in this category show minimal to no wear from shuffling or general use.  Acceptable wear includes minimal scuffing or clouding.

SP = Slightly Played: Cards in this category have noticeable mild wear from use and/or play.  This may be in the form of slight sccratching, minor corner wear, surface scuffing or loss of sheen on the surface of the card.  Signed cards or pro-tour stamped cards with no other defects qualify for this category.

MP = Moderately Played:  Cards in this category show moderate wear but are still legal for tournadment play when sleeved.  Defects may include slight to moderate shuffle creasing or cracking, moderate border wear, moderate whitening on the back, front, or edges of the card, slight to moderate inking along the borders, major scratching or scuffing of the surfaces, or minor water damage.

HP = Heavily Played:  Cards in this category show extreme wear and may or may not be legal for tournament play when sleeved.  Defects in this category may include writing on the card, major creasing or cracking, folding, major water damage, major whitening of the surfaces or edges, major inking of the borders, and/or tearing.

Damaged:  We do not buy or sell cards we consider to be in this category.
